Gluten-Free Dream Dining Series Comes to Chicago’s Split-Rail on August 29

GFF: Gluten-Free Forever, the glossy cooking and lifestyle magazine, is hosting a gluten-free takeover of Split-Rail on August 29. It’s an unabashed, 9-dish feast (menu below) that offers people who usually fear dining out a rare opportunity to have a truly magical, safe, and delicious experience.

People with celiac disease or adverse reactions to gluten or wheat are forever on guard when they dine out. They have to be the “high maintenance” diner and even then, they put their health at risk. At this event, people can relax, feel catered to for the first time, and be surrounded by a likeminded community and showered with swag and amazing food.

This gluten-free event, the first of its kind, will leave lasting memories for Chicago’s gluten-free community.
